The short version

We collect what you type into the booking form or the sign-up form, and nothing else. We do not

sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and there are no tracking cookies on this site.

**When you book a setup call or send the sign-up form,** we collect the name, business name and

mobile number you enter, plus the email address, line of work and notes if you choose to add them.

We collect the time slot you picked.

**When you email one of our addresses** at geniusautonomy.com, we receive your message, your email

address and whatever you put in it.

**When you load a page,** our host records the request the way any web server does. We use

Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile

of you across sites. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recorders or any

third-party tracker.

To call or text you back about the setup call you asked for, and to run that appointment. That is

the whole purpose. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

If you book, you get one text confirming the appointment, and a reminder before it. Reply **STOP**

to any of them and we stop texting that number immediately; the opt-out is recorded. Reply **HELP**

for contact details. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Only the services that make the site work:

**Cloudflare** — hosts the site and routes our email. It sees the requests your browser makes.
**Twilio** — sends the confirmation and reminder texts. It sees the number being texted and the message.
**SendGrid** — sends confirmation emails when you supply an email address.
**Stripe** — used for card payments in the product itself. This website does not take payments,

so Stripe never sees anything you enter here.

Each of these acts on our instructions. None of them is given your details for their own marketing.

Booking details are stored in our own database, on our own machine, not in a third-party CRM. We

keep a booking record while it is useful for serving you and for our own business records. Ask us

to delete yours and we will.

Write to **contact@geniusautonomy.com** and ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have

it deleted. We will do it. If you are in a place with a specific data-protection law that gives you

more than that, tell us which and we will meet it.

This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect

anything from them.

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we use

booking details will be described here rather than made quietly.
